This is a great show. Best Aceetobee ever! I dunno why nobody ever mentions how great that song is on this show, the rest of it is really good too, but for me, that's the highlight

This was my first DB experince an it was amazing. it started off rocky, i didnt realy know what they were all about, but 5 minutes into it i was jamming so hard that my brand new glasses fell right down onto the main floor. Simply this changed my life, just listen to it. NOW!

All I have to say to DBSucks is even if you don't normally listen or like this band, there's no way you can deny their talent reguarding this show (and many others). The only thing I will concur with you about is bisco cannot sing, although I have heard some decent sounding sets. In my opinion, I feel that they have strong lyrics but the delivery isn't always that great. Their musicianship most definitely stands out the most, without a doubt. I'm not gonnna waste my time with you. I'm sure most of you know but a disco biscuit is an old slang term used in the 80's for an ecstacy pill. They are a pretty sick band but I do enjoy theyre earlier stuff a little more because its a little more jazzy than techno.Viva La Bisco!!!

The Show was incredible, especially post NYE countdown, i.e. Rockcandy>Cyclone>Rockcandy. I think the tracking is a little off though. I'm pretty sure the first 7 or eight minutes of the 2nd second Rockcandy is actually still cyclone.. It isnt until the very end of that track that they return to Rockcandy.

Well, I gave it a listen and the band was better than I thought they would be. The new songs in the mix were real nice. Also for a 3 set show it was long enough. Mooj I guess you haven't been to many 3 set shows. The sound quality for this show is very nice other than the crowd noise and to much focus on the snare drums, high hats. Well its good to see that the band looks promising for the future.

Subject: WOO NYE!!
This made show number sixteen for me. Also, the third year in a row celbrating New Years with the Biscuits at the Hammerstein.
They were on point and Allen's drumming was nuts (much better then at the drum-off). And who woulda thunk theyd ring in the New Year with a (really short) Memphis?
I guess the highlights are the I-man and the Conspirator tracks. 42 was real tight too.
I guess my only real complaint (and the reason this show loses any stars) is leangth. It was REALLY short. I mean a 3 set New Years show should take more then 3 discs (3 hours and 10 minutes). Set 1 and 3 both clocked in at under an hour. On top of that, there was NO ENCORE (after the third set, the house lights stayed off for a minute or two, making us think there would be one, then they [the house lights] came back on, but no more Bisco).
Last year's show (and the year before that too for that matter) were like four or five discs each.
Overall, great show. Not the best Bisco I've seen (Certainly better then New Year's '04, but nothing in comparison to last years New Years), but definatly worth the download/listen.
Allen sounds like he's starting to fit in really well with the band and was a good choice to fill Dr. Altman's shoes.
The recording sounds good too. Alot of cheering is audible, but it doesn't get in the way that much.
Hippie new year, people!

Correcting the previous review, this WAS NOT the first time Commercial Amen > Liquid Handcuffs was played by the Disco Biscuits. However, they didn't play them on 12/29, rather on 12/28. Check it out, and don't pretend you know what's going on if you have no idea.
As for the show, this was a fucking whopper. First set was pretty bland, good 42. Second set was the fuckin shit imo, obviously highlighting Rock>Cyclone>Candy. Third set highlight would be the Helix; insane version where Allen really shows his stuff. Lots of good techno/trance jams at this show; I'm liking the Biscuits new direction.

This was my first time seeing the band. My jaw is still somewhere on the ballroom floor. We were up in the second balcony, ragining it in the very back and enjoying all the wonderful eye candy from the front row up against the railing. The second set was stright up the best set I have ever seen by any band period. The glitter and balloon drop at midnight was fantastic. I need another disco fix soon! Please come up to the north east soon bisco!
