It does not work against the people she harasses and stalks. It only works against herself. Year after year, she cannot learn. Cheryl Shuman has pasted together a fake criminal history with the name John David Briley pasted all over it. It's ridiculous of her to do this knowing I've already thoroughly defeated that with my video titled "Exposing Cheryl Shuman Lies 2000-2007" which can be found at Internet Archive or also at Youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knRh8kTY8Dk

Cheryl Shuman has been banned from Youtube over 1000 times now since 2006, yet she still claims she was never banned from Youtube -- because she lies about everything.
Reviewer:CherylShuman90210 - - July 23, 2008 Subject: Cyberstalker Surrenders After 1 Year of Stalking Cheryl Shuman on Youtube Cyberstalker John David Briley, Kennesaw Georgia Criminal Records For over a year now a 34 year old named John David Briley has been cyberstalking me and my family. I've saved every video, every police report, every FBI report. When he first contacted me he stated that he was working with Anthony Pellicano "friends" on the internet. On many of his other channels example "youtube.com/CherylDearest" he was hired by a murder groupie group enititled "SmartFellowsPress.com". They originally had targeted Celebrity Private Investigator Paul Barresi and Detective turned well-respected Private Investigator Bill Pavelic. A peripheral shady character, Mario Nitrini III, of Reseda, California claims to be an informant involved in the O.J. Simpson. Nitrini contacted me many times over the years claiming that he had "inside information about Anthony Pellicano's attack both physically and professionally against me, since the original Steven Seagal attack in 1994". He, Nitrini, also claimed to have inside information on Julius Nasso and other operatives involved, including Los Angeles Police Department officials, the District Attorney's Office and the Beverly Hills Police Department.
It is my belief, that up until John David Briley was contacted by this group that he was "only in it for the money". On a phone call, he contacted me to let me know what was going on. He stated to me on the phone "if you can send me $3,000. I can make your internet problems go away." I thought about it for a bit, started recording our conversations and agreed to send him the money. I told him that I would send a cashier's check if he gave me his true name and address to send it to. After receiving his information, I contacted the FBI immediately. On the advice of legal counsel in California and the FBI. I let him go. He retalliated relentlessly on YouTube and all over the internet. His attempt was to maliciously and with malice and forethought to cause me emotional, physical and professional pain, damaging the reputation I had built as well as my children, family and friends.
Youtube is allowing this predatory behavior to this well-documented convicted felon, allowing him to cyberstalk, along with stealing my videos, copyright by Cheryl Shuman and not only post them as his own, but Corporate YouTube and Google is making money from all of this.
