Subject: a true gem
This is a loving and sophisticated visual homage to Tatlin's artistic genius. The animation is supported by a well-read (and well-translated) poem dedicated to Tatlin by another Russian avant-garde genius, Velimir Khlebnikov. John Flaus' voice and the haunting cello of Mary Finsterer's music support the air of loneliness the designers gave Tatlin in his da-Vinci-esque workshop. The film is a true gem and I am the richer for having found it.
