Chuck Collins of the Institute for Policy Studies comes up with some gret ways to pay for the sins of Wall Street banksters. Have them pay for it themselves. He and his colleagues also have a great primer to use in understanding how we got in this financial meltdown. His op ed piece w Sam Pizzigati called "Ike Wanted to Spread Wealth Too" is a great reminder of the days when the uber rich paid after loopholes about 51% taxes.
