Subject: Cure the Depression by Giving Till It Hurts
Newsreel clip of Eleanor Roosevelt speaking to the National Federation of Womens Clubs, urging women (read: wealthy women) to do charitable work to help the poor during the Depression. This has some historical value, but its creaky as all get-out.
Ratings: Camp/Humor Value: **. Weirdness: **. Historical Interest: ***. Overall Rating: **.
