Subject: USS BOSTON
The USS BOSTON CAG-1 was the world's first guided missile cruiser.

Seeing this video on the Internet is rather exciting for those of us who served aboard the BOSTON and took part in many historic firsts.

The narrator in this clip states that the BOSTON does not have any "big guns"---well, she had six 8" guns in her main battery, plus ten 5" and ten 3". I'd call those pretty big guns---and they were in addition to the guided missiles.
