Subject: Who was the clapper?
Surprisingly upbeat and chipper (when compared to the other SOTU speech I heard in 2003) speech Bush made just after he took office for the second, yes, the second time! He speaks about such issues as the Iraq election, Aids, The Military and the poor people. Essentially a sound bite extravaganza, with applause inbetween each sentence Bush says. Love the collective booing and gasping during the Social Secuirity part.. And the strange singular clapper about people over 65 getting social secuirity.. Hmmm. The recording job is not bad.
