The tenth of twelve chapters of a DVD I produced from footage I took of a wedding in the South East of Turkey. The wedding took place in the town of Batman, where I was invited to stay with my friend's family. I'm very grateful to the Sonmezsoy family for their warm hospitality and letting me film in such intimate settings.
After returning from the village of the bride's family everyone congregated at a wedding salon where dancing continued into the night. The main difference from the previous night of dancing is this time the music is live. Many of the new faces we see are from the bride's family.
