On February 15, 2004, 3ApplesHigh gave their OK for inclusion in the archive.org project:
I am an affiliate of the band 3ApplesHigh (www.3appleshigh.net). We are a fusion/house/breakbeats/jazz band in Pittsburgh. I will be uploading some shows to the archives. Just wanted to let you know that the band gives full permission to trade all live materials.

Special Admin Note for uploads containing a number in the band abbreviation prefix: In these cases only, please add a dash between the prefix and date in the directory name (foo4tet-2002-02-02.shnf) so the import software will work. Usually, directory names must not have the dash (footet2002-02-02.shnf) to be imported. Numbers in the abbreviation are special cases.

Re: Mp3 supplemental copies:
We definitely would support putting up lossy mp3 copies of shows. Sometimes people are hesitant to leave a Torrent or FTP download on for hours at a time to hear a new band which they might not like. I think encoding to mp3 would greatly enhance widening our audience.
