Rights
Abe Reid and the Spikedrivers encourage the purely non-commercial recording and exchange of music taped and or recorded at our concerts
No commercial gain may be sought by any person, organization, website, or any other entity who tapes and or records one of our shows.
>In the event that a show is being recorded by the band or its agents for the purpose of producing a commerically avaiable live recording, we ask that taping and or recording of that show not take place. We will announce at the beginning of any such show our intention to release the show as a live recording and will request that the show not be taped or recorded by anyone other than our recording/authorized sound personnel.
Although not necessary, we would greatly appreciate it if we could be supplied with a copy of any show that someone has recorded. Our address is available on our website, abereid.com.
Thank you for supporting live music.
On Sept. 10, 2004, managment for Abe Reid and the Spikedrivers gave OK for archive.org inclusion:
