The seventh in a series of eight forums recorded on August 17, 2011 at the Center for the Arts in Crested Butte, CO. This event hosted former State speaker of the House Andrew Romanoff discussing the implications of corrupt elections in a democratic society. Part 1 is his speech to the forum and part 2 is Romanoff answering questions from the audience.
