'Evening Sessions' is the first album of Art Of Empathy. The main purpose of this project is creating beautiful, dreamy music. With certain spheres and stimuli AOE tries to convince the listener to reflect about things.
Because wondering can open doors. It can put things in a different light and break through conventions. It can recall that wonderful, innocent curiosity. It makes people think twice about senseless tv-messages, political evolutions, ecological disasters and absurd commercials.
In the end AOE just hopes that 'Evening Sessions' can be an album which can be enjoyed by many. That AOE can be music to relax to...

Art Of Empathy is the creation of Jef Janssen, who with the beautiful support of his loving wife Ann, and his wonderful friend Peter, the musical vision of Art Of Empathy and the freshmen album “Evening Sessions” was born.
Among the many visuals, which show themselves to me “Evening Sessions” is like streaming my fingers on top of a warm lagoon surrounded by butterflies, dragonflies and exotic birds ablaze in bright colors, while the sun begins to settle over my skin in butterscotch glaze. Breathe in deeply and let your body take on its own interpretations of how Art Of Empathy’s album “Evening Sessions” will open you up to your own special world.
Favorites, which inspire my dreams and thoughts, are “Delightful Darkness”, “Winter’s Dancing”, “Detachment” and “Believe”. I like this album…a lot, and I’m anticipating, with happy delight what will be next from the creative mind of Jeff Janssen.
