The spiritual classic about dark nights of the soul, and how to start to achieve union with God through prayer, begins with a look at the "night of sense". The second book deals with the "night of faith". Then the third book deals with the "night of the memory and will".
The final two books of the five book treatise are generally printed separately and called The Dark Night of the Soul. So I have also recorded them separately.

Subject: At Last...
I have always wondered why I have had such trouble reading thru this classic spiritual work. It is because as with any truly spiritual work that opens real spiritual truths it is always best read aloud especially within a group of like-minded believers. (where two or three are gathered in my Name...there I AM). Thank you maria for this wonderful gift, please brothers and sisters take and eat of this spiritual bread you will be blessed as travellers on the Way have for 100's of years.

Subject: The Ascent of Mount Carmel
This book shows an expedient way of achieving a union with God by empting one's self and allowing God to do the rest. No wander why St. John of the Cross become a doctor of the Church.
The reading is excellent.
