Roy TrumbullThe Tales of Beatrix Potter

This is a collection of tales written by Beatrix Potter of which the most famous is The Tale of Peter Rabbit. Beatrix Potter was her own illustrator and the first tale started out as a present for a friend's sick child. A publisher saw it and the rest is history. In the Lake District of England, Mrs. Potter raised sheep and was considered to be quite an expert on them.
