Subject: Babies on Cement!
Gee, remember when people had beautiful baby contests? Yay! Child exploitation fun! The first part is all about a parade. One kid noted crying. Theres a king and queen! They look slightly older to be called babies though. I smell FIX! Next, we have one of those baby crawling contests. A lot more upset kids this time. Ouch! Are they crawling on ASPHALT? No wonder half the babies dont make it. Daniel Watson wins! YAY! Where is he now?

Subject: Babies on Parade
Newsreel featurette about a baby parade and festival. It's not as creepy as these things usually are, since it's not so much a beauty contest as it is an all-around festival with a parade, silly costumes, and various contests. The babies react in typical baby fashion, i.e. it's fun for awhile for them, but they get tired and cranky real fast. Overall it's an innocuous slice of life from the baby boom period.
