Bangs and Shimmys
Completed May 26, 2005
Released June 11, 2005

Here's a few songs for summer...

Bangs and Shimmys. The title is a phrase that's been stuck in my head for years. It comes from the movie Apollo 13...something like, "They're talking about bangs and shimmys up there..."

Honey Dance An uptempo song with a downtempo feel.

Summer In The Sprawl The inspiration for this was this sentence in William Gibson's novel, Neuromancer: "Summer in the Sprawl, the mall crowds swaying like windblown grass, a field of flesh shot through with sudden eddies of need and gratification." (This song has been removed from the archive, in preparation for it being made available from a digital download service. I'll add the link here when things are finalized.)
