Subject: The Time Has Come!
After long years of nervously skirting the issue, Benalto has finally seen fit to foist this feculent blob of noise on an unsuspecting and woefully unprepared world. If you listen through the tape hiss and distortion there's actually a very good punk album buried here. Whether it's worth digging for is up to the individual listener's conscience.
