On March 30, 2007 BOT gave their OK for archive.org:
"Big Organ Trio would like to give permission
to be added to archive.org.
B.O.T. Archive.org Policy:
No soundboards
No matrixes
No videos
No shows recorded before 2007 may be posted on archive.org,
without band approval.
Our complete and current taping/trading policy is
located at www.bigorgantrio.com.
Below is a condensed version:
Audience audio taping is permitted at Big Organ Trio shows,
unless otherwise noted. Under no circumstances are
Big Organ Trio live recordings to be sold or traded for any monies.
We reserve the right to withdraw our sanction of recording,
tape trading, and/or non-commercial digital audio file transfers
on a case specific basis or in general, as we deem necessary.
