Ryan Kawailani OzawaBon Dance

Scenes from the Obon ceremony and bon dance at Waipahu Soto Zen Taiyoji in Hawaii. Includes a taiko drum performance. Filmed as a test of the Flip Video camera from Pure Digital Technologies. About 25 clips were edited together using the provided "Movie Mix" software. The camera is not particularly Mac compatible, but otherwise, as a simple and affordable device for collecting video to share online, it's almost perfect.

The WMV file is the video file created by Flip Video's "Movie Mix" software. The MPEG-4 and QuickTime files were derived from it using iSquint.
