Broccolifest is yet another music festival tradition in the Flint, Mi underground scene that serves up a wide array of musical flavors. The original ones were held outdoors in the Fenton, Mi area and hosted by the Guilty Bystanders. Its been over 20 years since the last Broccolifest. The Guilty Bystanders decided to have another one (with the help of legendary Flint underground promoter Joel Rash, Chris Everson and Aaron Stengel of the Flint Underground Music Archive) as a release part for their "Broccoli Rules" 25th Anniversary reissue and as a benefit for the archive.
Broccolifest 4 was held at Churchill's in downtown, Flint on May 2, 2009. This documentary includes performance highlights of Albadore (Michael Absher), Matt Ratza, Amigo, Drat(featuring embers of The Guilty Bystanders and The Freakies), The Guilty Bystanders, Super Shock Control (featuring members of Smiling Sacrifice and Sick), Bullcock (featuring members of Powertool, The Bumps and The Generals), Big Deal (featuring members of Psychotic Playground and Blackstain Productions).
