Violent Women is an expose of the violence society ignores, the violence of women towards each other, men and children. This Movie contains strong language and is uncompromising in both form and content. Distributed in hard copy by leaving it in public places such as, airports, bus stations, in taxis and so on, as well as on the Internet, this amateur movie has created a storm of interest and controversy. On YouTube alone it has had over 41,000 hits and more come every day.
The aim of the movie is to get us to think differently about the sacred cows we all have and to consider why we think the way we do; who made us think that way and what the consequences are.

Alright. About seven minutes in and it was enough for me. Not because the content is disturbing or too graphic for me to handle, but because the Star Wars-esque scrolling of the random preaching done by the creator is irritating.
The video stinks of early 2000's editing. What could have been a decent point of view was ruined by unnecessary interruptions.
In the first clip, a woman seems set on getting in the face of a man who presumably said or did something to her that wasn't caught on film. He clearly backs off, yet she continues to pursue. Before long, another woman steps in to join the pursuit. Both ladies attack the man; one decides to land some direct punches for effect before a third woman slides in for a slam. It may as well have been a run-in from the back like in the WWE, but minus a caring crowd.
If we could catch the clip in its entirety without pausing to state the obvious, it would have been more effective. ..but no. Instead, what we get is a bitter video editor failing to simply explain a point of view and load us up with negative platitudes encouraging us to "THINK!"
Well, obviously women have the capacity to be violent. Anyone who doubts the idea of a mother being abusive to her child is clearly not living in the same reality as the rest of us. However, I'm not willing to accept that their standard mode is that of a violent aggressor against society. They tend to need a lot of pushing before they go on a tirade.
Violent women exist, yes. Does that require a public service announcement in the most asinine fashion to solidify the understanding? No.

Subject: a very controversial film BUT...
there were like some examples I think were way off from the message the filmmaker was trying to send. like the comedy underground skit? not good. and the 3 fat women on 1 guy is a bad example too BECAUSE the guy laid his hands on her first. yeh I definitely agree that a lot of women today are violent. half of them even more violent than the men. and hell no its NOT OK for those kind of women to abuse children. n its NOT ok for them to abuse their husbands. i DO believe in self defense tho. and there's STILL a lot of violent men today who are just as abusive if not more.
but this film comes out more as a anti feminist propaganda film rather than showing viewers the real truth about the violent women they trying to expose. 'specially since not ALL feminists are like that. maybe RADICAL feminists. but not all feminists as a whole. so its not just violent hateful women that can make
"women-haters". this film can do the job too just as well. I probably can do a better job in showing the truth. i hope the next film bull busters make will be more honest and less ANTI feminists. i DO agree tho that men who were abused or are in danger should receive the same kind of help n fundng as women in danger too. maybe do a film about that. support it with news reports. educate dont hate. :-)

Subject: Speaking The Truth With Courage
Subject: Speaking The Truth With Courage
This video is a true representation of what have become hidden facts. I worked as a probation officer and then as a social worker before my retirement. I have seen, first hand, how violent women can be. I have witnessed, again and again, with my own eyes, women attacking their husbands, their children, other care workers, police officers and so on. However, even though I knew that what this video is saying is true, I dared not open my mouth and say so. If I had, I would have been fired from my job. Such is the level of intimidation and fear imposed upon anyone who wishes to blow the whistle. This is because feminism has cowed the media, politicians, police, educational services, probation and social services to the point of denial of evidence. This is not just happening in the UK, but all across the Western countries.
The tactic of ridicule (seen here in the comments, for example) are very common and are used against anyone who speaks out. Then come frequent bullying and threats and finally, they will take your livelihood. Often by making false allegations.
Whoever made this video has my full support. Well done for having the courage I lacked, to my shame, and for speaking the truth.

Subject: Violent Women
I grew up in a very abusive house and the abuse was comttited by our step mother. I had a friend who used to beat her husband all the time and the poor man would just take it because he had no other option. She would tell him he would lose his children if he left her and because they were not married he knew he would. He was killed in a car crash when he fled the home to get away from her when he could not take being hit any more. What is very strange is that i had never thought of either women as abusive. Watching this video has showed me why. I had no idea I had been programmed to just accept female violence as "normal" and to think that abuse was what men do.
This has been a bit of a shock I must say.
Thank you. You cetainly got the result you wanted with me and I hope many other women too. We have to face the reality of what our sex do and stop believing what the press tell us. I would like to see more of these films.

Subject: Go to the link below for evidence of false statistics.
If you would like to know how these false figures are propagated and spread into the media and Governments around the world, please go to this page and listen to the audio file from the BBC. These figures are deliberately spread by feminists to drive a wedge between men and women and undermine trust. By doing these things, they can claim that men are beating them and "oppressing" them on a regular basis and this allows them to suck taxpayers money from the people and build a power base. From this power base they attack the instituion of marriage and the family. This is inline with their stated aims as a movement. As Harriet Harman (A British minister of state) said recently, “It cannot be assumed that men are bound to be an asset to family life or that the presence of fathers in families is necessarily a means to social cohesion.” Despite massive evidence to the contrary? Why did she say this? To add to the distrust between men and women and further weaken the family. Make no mistake. FEMINISTS HAVE SWORN TO PULL DOWN THE FAMILY AND DESTROY IT. Once this is understood from a study of their political uttereances, all sorts of others social problems begin to fall into place. We would urge EVERYONE with a genuine interest in preserving the family as the basic foundation of the western democratic system and VITAL to our capitalist culture, the health and well being of our children and the stability of our societies, to study carefully the origins and political affiliations of the feminist movement. As a taster, it should be remarked that every single one of the early feminist leaders in America and beyond, were members of the Communist party and that Soviet Russia, under Gorbachev, abandoned feminism as an idea because of the terrible damage it did to the nations men, women and children. However, it remained a useful tool among western communist organisations to pull down our capitalist system. The cief foundation of which is the Judeo/Christian insitution of marriage. This attack had led to countless deaths of children. The highest suicide rate of men and women in history. Horrendous divorce and child custody battles and an almost complete breakdown of our once strong and proud Christian profession in the west. In turn, this has led to an explosion of immorality in which it can be truly said, the loonies are running the asylum.

aprille needs to recheck some of the facts of what she as listed. Yes the organizations listed are SUPPOSE to be ligitmate BUT the statistics have been exaggerated out of ...not so good control fields and conditions. Not to mention the same feminists are the ones that DO NOT want to give give up ANY of the federal money that keeps coming there way.
Men are getting shafted. They have been programed to walk away and cool off while she is allowed to stand and ppoint and lie and make up all the lies she wants. He does what he has been trained as is she..she is now victim and he is suspect for walking away. One recent study indicates that more women are getting arrested for DV agressors and the one reason they can come up with is that there are more women in law enforcement. GO GIRLS IN BLUE!
Check out more information. Just because it comes from the government DOES NOT make it correct...makes the cash flow go to the women.

Subject: New scientific research is proving this to be fact and not fiction
While I am not giving this film that high of a rating, I do believe that the general subject of the film is worth looking into. More and more research is being done all the time in an effort to see how men are being treated by violent females. In fact, several USA colleges are now offering courses about this subject for those planning on becoming social workers.
It has been proven several times, at many Universities that women play the symphathy card in order to bully their way through courses and/or receive a better grade for work they did not complete. So this much of the film I will agree with.
However, the editing could have been done better, and the issue of Violent women could have been explored more deeply. If someone would like to take a deeper look into this issue and how it effects lives, I would be more than happy to take a look at it.
I am not interested in anything to do with feminism. I do not support the ideas that people such as Linda Lovelace (yes the pornostar) have attempted to shove down our throats. Especially the claim that women are forced into this line of work. It may happen from time to time, but the majority of it is done by wiling slutty women. Also you can see from today's youth that girls are focused on making sure that the boys see their breasts and butts by wearing tight and lowcut clothing. I have two daughters who I have attempted to get their brains straight but society has taught them to get knocked up by some guy and take him for all that he has.
Society has programmed these girls to believe that all they need to do is become pregnant, have a baby, and sue some poor guy for child support and the female will have a life without worry of working. And as I have witnessed from many of today's youth, if the guy does not do what the female wants, she will fight him and many times injure him. In the end, if the guy hits the girl, he pays double. Usually he is arrested, and also gets his butt whipped by another prisoner, even if the girl has already left him bruised and battered.

I'm searching around for things about male victims of domestic violence and I find this. This really is anti-feminist propaganda.
I understand there is a need to adress female domestic violence I have been a victim but this isn't the way to do it. I've found support services through the same groups that help women. I know full well that women can be violent and I do believe they should be held accountable, but is a bunch of shock footage with comments interspersed through it the way to do this?
In spite of my experience the figures show that women still constitute the majority of the victims. I do think that the minority of victims certainly need help and do face controvrsy and skepticism when they do come forward. While this film shows women being violent it doesn't really answer any questions about the cause of abuse or violence. It doesn't really help any of us survivors. I think every one knows that any person can be violent but understanding the patterns of power and control is the larger issue missing from this. Its just shock cinema.

Subject: This film is ridiculous propaganda
Subject: This film is ridiculous propaganda
Before someone makes a film and tries to send a message to the world by posting it on the internet, they might want to do some research first. Because this film is the biggest propaganda film I have seen in decades.
Here are some statistics from the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence:
One in every four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime.
An estimated 1.3 million women are victims of physical assault by an intimate partner each year.
85% of domestic violence victims are women.
One in 6 women and 1 in 33 men have experienced an attempted or completed rape.
Nearly 7.8 million women have been raped by an intimate partner at some point in their lives.
1 in 12 women and 1 in 45 men have been stalked in their lifetime.
81% of women stalked by a current or former intimate partner are also physically assaulted by that partner; 31% are also sexually assaulted by that partner.
Almost one-third of female homicide victims that are reported in police records are killed by an intimate partner.
In 70-80% of intimate partner homicides, no matter which partner was killed, the man physically abused the woman before the murder.
Here are some statistics from the Bureau of Justice:
Females are more likely than males to experience nonfatal intimate partner violence.
On average between 2001 and 2005, nonfatal intimate partner victimizations represented —
22% of nonfatal violent victimizations against females age 12 or older
4% of nonfatal violent victimizations against males age 12 or older.
For homicides, intimate partners committed —
30% of homicides of females.
5% of homicides of males.
Statistics from the US Department of Justice
The majority (73%) of family violence victims were female. Females were 84% of spouse abuse victims and 86% of victims of abuse at the hands of a boyfriend or girlfriend. While about three-fourths of the victims of family violence were female, about three-fourths of the persons who committed family violence were male.
Eight in ten murderers who killed a family member were male. Males were 83% of spouse murderers and 75% of murderers who killed a boyfriend or girlfriend.
Federal courts convicted 90% of defen-
dants adjudicated for an interstate domestic violence offense.
Among defendants convicted in federal courts —
• 79% of convictions were the product of a guilty plea, and the remaining 21% were the product of conviction
following a trial
• most were male (96%), under age 40 (67%), white (72%), and non-Hispanic (95%)
Among family violence offenders in State prisons in 1997 —
• most were male (93%)
• 6 out of 10 were white, while about a quarter were black
• about 80% were between ages 25 and 54.
Local jail inmates convicted of family violence reported that —
• their victims were predominantly female (79%)
• nearly 30% of their victims were under age 18.
Between 1998 and 2002, nearly 4 out of
5 violent offenders were male. Males accounted for 75.6% of
family violence offenders and 80.4% of nonfamily violence offenders. Among violent crimes against a spouse, 86.1%
of the offenders were male; against a boyfriend or girlfriend, 82.4%; and against a stranger, 86% of the offend-
ers were male.
The 3.5 million family violence crimes that occurred between 1998 and 2002 involved a larger percentage of female
offenders than the 28.6 million non-family violence crimes. Females were 22.6% of offenders committing family violence, compared to 16.4% of non-family violence offenders. Violent crimes between friends and acquaintances (24%) were more likely to involve a female offender than violence between boyfriends and girlfriends (15.6%) and stranger violence (10.4%).
Yes, violence against men happens, and yes, sometimes at the hands of women. However, it does not compare to the rape, violence, and death of women BY MEN, happening every day in our society.
I do not think violence is ever ok or the answer.
I also found a number of statistics on child abuse. And yes women are the abusers more often than men. But half the abuse calculated in the statistics were for neglect. And when it comes to rape and child molestation men account for over 90% of the offenders.
You can look up all these statistics about child abuse online yourself in the same reports I found from the US Department of Justice and the Bureau of Justice. I have already wrote way too much for this post.

Subject: An excellent expose.
Subject: An excellent expose.
Men and women are both capable of abuse, physical and emotional, but the double standard skews most of the responsibility towards men. Women are more vociferous about it and men are not so who garners more attention. I've observed 'abuse' by both sexes and in my opinion, both are equally capable of disagreeable behavior. This is a hard truth some will never accept because it conflicts with their internal scripting of what is and is not, which is sad. Too, verbal, emotional and
psychological abuse does much damage, especially when combined with physical violence; emotional scars remain long after physical wounds heal. When women do it to men, it's colorfully glossed over as hen-pecked, pussy-whipped, a woman's
prerogative, etc. but never beastly. When men do the same it's abusive and monstrous. Mainstream media, legal, pressure groups and political social systems make a lot of money promoting myths, stereotypes and skew things to promote their agendas: to gain visibility, power and money. These facets are not interested in answers but scapegoats. To find real solutions means the end of a very profitable 'gravy-train.' Sadly, people believe what they will in spite of truth. Only when a majority seeks and demands resolutions, stops believing misinformation, stops funding it, will things improve; until then turn it off, don't patronize promoters' in any form, and support organizations working for change and parity.
Social themes on the subject:
'Hell is For Children,' by Pat Benetar and [My Name is] 'Luka,' by Suzanne Vega are two very excellent musical pieces on this subject.
For a really good movie along this line, "Goodnight Mr. Tom," (1999), DVD, by Masterpiece Theatre.

What a moment i have had when seeing this! The comic said it all for me and the intimidation he received put me back to my childhood and to my youngest daughters mother. All my life i have wondered why women seem to be seen in a manner that butter would not melt in their mouth. My heart was broken as a child and i was brought back to that time when i saw the wee ones being beaten. However i know not all women are abusers and most will be as shocked as i was. My trouble is that later in life i started to believe the propaganda, forgetting my trauma, i took the view that it must be worse for women if it were from males. The reality of female violence came back when i met my youngest daughters mother. I got a good Kicking from her and the threats due to my passiveness, the protective instinct i had for my wee one compelled me to stay and I stayed and took it!
I feel this film is important for all in our society to see and start to believe that not all is what it may seem as regards domestic violence and female violence and aggression. In my life it was an every day threat and reality.
Lets not forget that violence toward women is just as much an issue and that some men can be and are absolute bastards! This has to be looked at with insight as to the nature and personality of both men and women who are the perpritators.
Protect the children for gods sake!

I disagree with the last review on just two issues, that this video is anti female and comes across that way. I agree that it might be percieved that way by an audience unused to seeing any critical comment on female behaviour, but the video makes it clear that not all women are like those shown here.
What this video is doing, I think, is calling into question our reaction to female violence and our attempts to minimise it. That brings me to the second point of disagreement with the last reviewer.
Those of us who have never suffered abuse assume (wrongly) that the power of a woman's punch and the size of her victim is what matters. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth. Neither of these things are the primary cause of trauma in the abused. It is the FREQUENCY of the attacks that brings that trauma.
Men are programmed NOT to hit women. That applies in the home as well as in the street. Therefore, if you are an honourable man being hit on a regular basis by a female, you dare not defend yourself. You must take it and go on and on taking it. If you leave with the children, the chances are the family courts will simply hand the kids back to her. (For that reason, men will often stay with an abuser to protect the children. There are other, more complex reason why they stay also). It is the process of repeatedly being struck for often, imaginary offences, that breaks down the victims strength. Normally, the victim would have recourse to law. However, in the case of male victims and despite what the police say about being gender neutral, the overwhelming evidence is that if a man calls the police it is he that will be evicted from the home, arrested and possibly even charged. This is true all over the western world. The message given to female abusers by this responce is obvious. If men had refuges to go to with their children and could expect the full protection of the law, this would all change.
Remember what the Comic in the video said. He had been hit by his mother and sister but had no where to go. ("No mens shelters")Yet, he had never struck a woman. Female abusers rely on this behaviour from their male victims. When the police turn up (If they are ever called. Most men DO NOT report their abuse) all she has to do is cry, blame him and he will be arrested. What we have done, as a society, is locked male victims (and often child victims) OUT of the justice system and it is our head-in-the-sand attitudes towards female violence that has done this.
For these and many other reasons, I agree with everything this video says and I am glad it has been made.
We should keep in mind that, as the poster of this video points out, it is an AMATEUR production but a remarkable one nevertheless.
It is time for us to stop looking the other way and pay more careful attention to the problem of female violence. We have placed men under a microscope for many years, it is time now to look at the other gender and see what it is they are doing to make our society less safe for us all.

There are many valid points put forward in this video...and I fully, whole-heartedly concur that men should have absolutely the very same rights (cause they get just as many lefts, I'm sure) as any abused woman...
However, for my taste, it comes off as a little too pro-male, and anti-female, which is the same tactics the feminists use.. remember what Neitschze said about fighting monsters... but of course the makers might have just been a little to exhuberant in there efforts, in an attempt to even the playing field.
In my opinion, as humble as it may be, the point is made though. Men get the shitty end of the stick every time when it comes to police, courts, or any establishment...but then conversely, I'll take my smacks in the face from women anyday, they hurt a hell of a lot less (except where blunt objects are concerned)..
I think the real point should be women are just as shitty as men... in fact people are shitty, violent, self-centered, evil jerks all around.

This movie touches me in places deep inside and they are places that I did not have the courage to go see. As a woman I have known about female violence all of my life. I am now 48 years old and I am ashamed that I have never spoken out about it. I have been one of those women ready to condemn men for their violence and ready to scoff at their claims about female violence done to them. This movie changes all that for me and if it does it for me i hope it will do it for many others. It contains the truth that as a society we have all run away from but we all have some responcibility for.
Three cheers for the makers of this movie. I was deeply moved, shocked and forced to face the truth. We all should be, there is something cleansing in it.
I want my daughter to see this and I want my two sons to know that violence is not just a male thing. They have carried that lie around for much too long.
God bless the children.
