Good movie except..
I liked the story line and acting was pretty good, but some nitwits, probably TV stations chopped it to pieces probably for commercials leaving out large segments, especially the ending. The mine blows ..The End. guy never gets girl, good guys dont triumph, no smiles, no frowns, no jail, just boom, the end.
That is the real tragedy here..,bad preservation and hasty reconstruction of what may have been left of it.

A Real Review
In 1935 Tim McCoy signed for a set Of films for Puritan Pictures and except for the company the pictures were almost exactly like what he had been doing at Columbia. Same actors, sets, production values more or less. This one is a pretty fair western, but with a somewhat confusing story line, with a lot of skull duggery going on. McCoy is right in character and good as always. Joan Woodbury in an early role is quite good, old hands Jack Rockwell and Karl Hackett are cast to type. You'll like this one. Enjoy.
