Candy MindA Beginning of an End (April 9, 2007)

Two rich years of candy mining have finally come to an end.
Today we are releasing our last Candy Mind release...Ever.

Have your handkerchief ready as you listen to Goto80, Liquid Stranger, Dorothy´s Magic Bag, Psilodump, Paza, and Lithis, as they say goodbye to the candy coffin, slowly approaching the crematory furnace.

Candy Mind has been bought (for a half-decent amount of money) by swedish net-label Subnatura; who has decided to close down Candy Mind for good due to competitive issues.

However, since the Candy Mind crew is made from energy, and energy is subject to a strict global conservation law (that is, it can neither be created nor destroyed), the Candy Mind spirit will (in some way and form) live on. And blablabla. Here are our last tracks. Enjoy! Goodbye!

This is really bad news for sure, no more candymind. The last release is awesome as always. Liquid Stranger and Dorothy´s Magic Bag have always known how to pick out the most interesting music on the planet. Be sure to check this one out, and all the earlier releases rock!

This really sucks big time! My favourite label of all times is dead!??! Well, once again Candy Mind brings out the best of comtemporary music. The Dorothy´s Magic bag and Liquid Stranger tunes are stunning. Good work Candy Mind, I hope you will resurrect from the grave in 3 days like the lord Jesus Christ :)

Subject: the death of probably the brightest shining star of recordlabels
I was shocked when I heard that the candymind posse decided to sell CandyMind...this is the last release, sad news for all us candy-lovers. However, the label goes out with a big bang! This is definately one of the strongest releases in the labels history. With genious artists such as Dorothy´s Magic Bag, Liquid Stranger, and Psilodump, this release is bound to become a classic. Goto80 delivers two c64-bombs, Liquid Stranger is stunning as usual with his unique combination of epic melodies, advanced beats, and crazy humor. Dorothy´s Magic bag comes with his best track ever, dancefloor power, Psilodump creates his magical Atmosphere, Paza goes EBM in German? Wonderbahr! ...and Lithis gives us a extreme acid experience. Thanks Candymind for giving me pleasure and faith in the music scene!! What will happen now??? Goodbye I guess (BUT i HOPE NOT)
