Subject: Smokin' Show!!!
2 new Cope shows in a matter of a few weeks. Awesome sound quality. Thank you Capn Hook and the rest of the taper team for this one!!! I agree that this show is as good if not better than the 1/28/11 show with regards to both sound and quality of the music. The Suwannee River Scrubdown is a sick bluegrass tune and exemplifies Cope's versatility. I think that tune was written specially for their late night (raging) set at Bear Creek in 2010. Keep the fresh music coming to us Cope...

Subject: SPECTACULAR
I thought that COPE went supersonic on 01.28.11 at Skipper's, and the recording these guys made backs that up. Somehow, THIS show is even better. They were lit up from the first note to the last. I truly hope they get a shot at more festivals across the nation so that everyone will discover what we already know: COPE ROCKS!
Also, check out the Spiritual Rez set. They opened for COPE and played a wonderful, joyous set.
Megathanks to Cap'n Hook, Taper Steve, Mark Lynch and Robert Chrismer for keeping this suff fresh and available.
