Francis E. Dec, Esq. has madehis mark in cult status. These voice recordings of his rants were not done by Dec, but by L.A. newscaster/talk show host "Doc on the ROQ" of KROQ-FM. They have been in obscure circulation on cassette for several years. We are merly helping spread the joy that comes from this obscure loony.

Subject: Love the sound
You have to love the speaking quality of these pieces. The cadence makes them even more enjoyable than they would be otherwise. Setting aside the terrible racism, the paranoia is unlike any other rants by anyone else. Way cool.

Subject: Deadly Frankenstein controls.
Hysterically entertaining, if you like anything 'dark' or bizarre, despite his racism.

We should all feel privledged that Mr. Francis E. Dec was recorded for the ages. Mr. Dec was a schizophrenic who believed the CIA was reading his brain during the day and operating on him at night. His rants are long and very hard to follow when he really gets into it. He is a racist, and he also seems to favor phrases like "computer god brain on the moon" and "Frankenstein earphone technology." Other times, like on the unique rants #3 and #5, Dec speaks eloquently. If you weren't paying attention to the words, rant #3 would sound like nothing more than a 1950s ad for a vaccuum. On rant #5, Dec take a very authoritative air and exposes the truth about Franklin Roosevelet (he performend sodomy with nurses in a shallow pool behind the White House, according to Dec) and other presidents.
