Carol Fondiller Berman was a Venice activist, active in the Venice Beachhead community newspaper, and with the Coalition for Economic Survival. Carol had a big impact on Venice. LA, and California. Her wake was attended by Cailfornia Secretary of State Debra Bowen and Former City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter. Larry Gross of CES attributed tenant protection legislation to Carol's efforts. Here she is interviewed a few months before her death. Gerry asks his interviewees a similar set of provocative questions
