On February 19, 2005, Chester Brown gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Matt Learman wrote, "I talked with Nate [Vanderlin] the keyboard player and he is gun Ho to do it."
Diana Hamilton also spoke with Tim Vanderlin and confirmed that live show uploads are permitted, with supplemental mp3 versions also permitted.
