On November 6, 2002, Circadian gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive, with the caveat to please OK any uploads with archivist Tim Hayes timATwustersDOTnet:
Thank you so much for your time and effort in spreading music to others. We
here hope the best for you and your team. Wanted to let you know that
Circadian has given [Tim] Hayes full rights as our Archivist and he can
provide you any music you would like to put on Etree.

Shows are listed at http://www.jambase.com/search.asp?bandID=7162 , meanwhile official site is under development.
For uploads, anything not coming from Tim Hayes' upload account (thayes911ATattDOTnet and/or timATwustersDOTnet) should ideally include a txt note to admins that the upload has been cleared with Tim.
Policy
I think only two policies apply for us at this moment:
1. We hope that this music will be spread to others free of charge.
2. We hope that those who wish to add more Circadian shows to Etree, please
if possible contact Tim Hayes first.
