Des Kay a Critical Mass'er in London is asking the high court for a decision on whether Critical Mass riders can take part in the ride without fear of prosecution. Last September (2005) police handed out flyer's saying that anyone riding on Critical Mass in London would be liable to arrest, this case comes at a crucial time for Southend Critical Mass in Essex which has had arrests at a recent ride for obstructing the highway.
