UPDATE:
The disc does not seem to contain the testimony of Daniel Ellsberg. It appears that the court omitted the afternoon session from the first day and the morning session from the second day.
This appears to be just the morning session of the first day and the afternoon session of the second day.
I added four pictures that you will find in the info box at the bottom of this page that show what the disc and the software looks like. It also shows timestamps during the day and the titles of the audio tracks.

The ISO file is not showing up in the list of files at the bottom of this page, However, it is here. You can download it from this link: (Or click the "All Files: HTTP" option on the left side of this page.)

This is an ISO 9660 CD-ROM image that I made from the data disc that I received. I added the README.TXT text file and MD5 checksums to the ISO image.
Somewhere in this audio is the testimony of Daniel Ellsberg.

I paid the court for and received the audio files from Patty's trial.
The disc is labeled as follows:
Patricia Imani
8YC002926
8/11/10 - 8/12/10
This is supposed to be the complete trial audio from start to finish.
The disc contained NO actual audio files! I was sent a data disc with a bunch of data files and an executable program. I have not verified the contents of these files. I use Linux and they are Windows executables. Quite frankly, I was afraid to attempt to open them on the Windows machine. Maybe you can test this out on a spare computer and convert the audio to Ogg media or something so that everyone can listen.
It is just suspicious to me for an activist to get an executable from the government and think that it will not contain any sort of spyware of any sort. Especially an executable sent to me! So, use this at your own risk. However, if you do it on a spare computer, it might be OK. If it has a backdoor trojan or virus, chances are that your virus checker will NOT pick it up. That's just how the Government operates. I do not know if there is anything like that on the disc, but if there was, it would not surprise me at all.
