This is a 6 minute montage of scenes from Day of the Dead in and around San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, in 2002. It was originally shot and edited in 2 days, then sent in full resolution by the internet to New York for a screening the third day. It was not exactly live but it was still warm.
