Gotta hand it to these fellers. They really rock it well. Another band you guys may or may not know of is the Seldom Scene. They are real good also (I love YMSB too but SS is crazy good).

Subject: A Great Festival Show
I was at this performance and the recording is as great as the show was. The crowd was very excited as you should be able to hear. The band dresses in sharp looking suits but they bring a real feel for gritty American music. A thick mist surrounded the festival and added a mystical feel to the music.

Subject: Del in top form! Great sound quality!
Very clear sound. Needs no equalization. Perfect SBD!
Learning the Blues is an old Frank Sinatra number. Del actually forgets the words to Nashville cats. (I guess he lost track of how many guitar pickers there are) Then he gets so high on Workin' on a Building you'd think they did something unmentionable to him! It's almost like the Big Mon himself. Ronnie plays amazing break on Rawhide.
Definitely a 1st class show that you need in your collection.

Subject: Excellent show! Excellent sound quality!
I can't say enough about this band! They are simply the greatest. This show has some of the bands 'old standards' such as "Travelin Tear Drop Blues", "Just Because", etc. as well as some of the material from their latest CD such as "Hillcrest Drive", "My Love Will Not Change"(which Ronnie does with the mandolin instead of the mandola!), "IJTN". I especially enjoyed hearing "Rain Please Go Away" as I had never heard Del sing this one in a show before. It is always a pleasure to listen to Del because he always has something to say--listen to the "Nashville Cats". ;)
The quality was superb! I agree with the other reviewer-who ever taped this knew what to do! My compliments! I downloaded the 64Kbps mp3 as I am on dialup.
I will definitely be sharing this one with my fellow Delheads!

Subject: Awesome recorded sound. Great performance.
I downloaded the Hi-Fi MP3s. The sound quality is outstanding. Whoever made this knows what they are doing. The band's performance is great, as to be expected from this incredible band. The concert is barely over 78 minutes, so it fits nicely onto a single CD. I think the band must have been touring to promote their upcoming (at the time) album, "It's Just The Night," as Del makes several references to it. But most of the songs don't actually come from that album. More than any other album, the songs come from "Del & The Boys," an album far superior IMHO to "It's Just The Night." They also do songs from "The Family" and other albums, including at least one song from Del's days with his former band Dixie Pals. There is a song from Ronnie McCoury's solo album and one from Ronnie and Rob's duet album. Covers include Bill Monroe, Willie Nelson, and Lovin' Spoonful. All in all, a great mix of songs, including instrumentals along with songs sung by Del, Ronnie, and even one sung by the bass player, Mike Bub.
Here is my own setlist, which differs from the one given above:
1. Travelin' Teardrop Blues
2. Count Me Out
3. Hillcrest Drive
4. Another Place, Another Time
