This had to be filmed before 1948 since Heber J. Grant died in May of 1945.

An excellent tribute to our lovely State of Utah - filmed so many years ago..but how so much have changed from then til now. Now the Rio Grande and Union Pacific Stations are now museums and meeting places of interest, but as a boy, I remember these stations being busy with travellers from around the world visiting the Great Salt Lake Valley..and our unique heritage that we are so well known of..

Quite THOROUGH and (sorry) endless doc about the wonders of Utah, first covering it's industries, it's topography and it's cities. fasicinatingly produced by Universal Pictures, it's other major sponsor was the Rio Grande Railraod, so you guessed it, all of the voyage is by train. A spotty film, with pockets of interest here and there, It's not really worth dedicating 1/2 an hour to.
