Eman Fallah, PsyDBuddhism Meets Psychology - Managing Health, Wealth, and Relationships with Wisdom (July 12, 2008)

This one day workshop will explore ways in which we often use spirituality, psychology, and material comfort to bypass various forms of pain and discomfort. However, much of our suffering, when addressed head on, may greatly accelerate our growth and ability to genuinely integrate our lives with wisdom and compassion. In addition to understanding how we try to hide from suffering, participants will learn powerful tools from the Buddha's teachings to directly use obstacles and hardships as fuel for further growth and enhanced well being.
