Subject: Wow.
I've been slowly being introduced to Free Software over the last couple of years, and Eben's portrayal hits the nail on the head for me.

I agree that our society cannot advance unless one of our main currencies; 'the "air" that computers breathe' is free.

Large monopolies may not understand this.. but There IS no shortage of things that we can do (or money that we can make) if software is free, rather, there are limitless additional possibilities being opened up.

This video explains the most recent attempt (GPLv3) to do just that.
