Subject: the mother lode
Eureka! I've struck a mother lode of Eddie Cantor gems! "The Only Thing I Want for Christmas" has become my very favorite Christmas song. And I love "I Wish I'd Been Born in Borneo." Here I can even get to listen to how he performed on radio! In the past year, I have become a huge Eddie Cantor fan and am always grateful for finds such as this one!

unknown number 2 is "the only thing i want for christmas" and 'unkown'is definetely "i faw down an go boom"...this song is one of three options for the singing waiter scene in "whoopee" the other two he used in that scene were "hungry women" and "i want a car with a horn that goes ta-ta-ta" I don't remember which they used in the film.

The song that he sings, titled "EddieCantor-Unknown.mp3" is actually called "I Faw' down an' go boom". I wasn't what the name of it was, so I looked it up, and it gave me this name. It's a fun song though.
