Subject: Worthless - Not worth bothering to download.
I was hoping that this would be an interesting document but it ended up being a bunch of one line phrases written by a guy that should study the subject better before daring to write about it.
I have sent the file straight to the waste bin.
My rate: I'd give it a below zero rating.
