This album continues my obsession with creating a “synergenetic flow” to my music … that is creating a continuous “mix”, but also maintaining a vibe from track to track that means if listened to from end to end makes it seem like you’ve just listened to 1 single track. Well, that’s the idea anyway! For that reason the trax are best burned to audio CD or listened to on an mp3 player that doesn’t put gaps between each track. Overall the sound of this album is DARK + foreboding, particularly the 1st 3 trax … there are glimmers of “hope” though in the dirty bass groove of “Dark Funk” & the jazzy ambience of “The Light”. This album also contains snippets (trax 1 & 7) of my ongoing ‘Illbient’ project … weird noises from my kitchen. Enjoy!!
17/01/08 - Thanks v much to everyone who has & does download this album or any of these trax. This is by far the most popular "thing" I have EVER put on the web. What I would like to know though is what downloaders actually think of the music ... ??? So, please leave comments if you can.

29/11/07 - I have uploaded an album preview track. It's called, funnily enough, 'ADarkerPlace' and is basically an 11 min track made from chunks of all 7 trax from the album. It is also "mixed", so flows a la the album too. Not quite sure why I did it, but if you don't wanna sit through the full 40 mins this track will give a flavour of what it's all about.
