Admin note- The fileset prefix "glass" is now taken for the band "Glass". Please use abbrev "glove" for G. Love instead. Thanks!
On December 4, 2003, Philadelphonic gave permission for G. Love shows to be hosted at the Archive:
Diana,
Hi, my name is Rob Wyatt and I work for G Love and Special Sauce. Jason
Brown forwarded me your email and we are interested in getting the ball
rolling with you guys. It seems like a really cool thing you are doing and
we would like to be a part of it. Let me know what you need from our end to
get the ball rolling. Talk to you soon.
-Rob
Policy Notes
From http://www.philadelphonic.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=70&PN=1
"We have no problem with people trading any taped shows. There is only a problem when those people are trying to make a profit from what is intended to be free.
I will check into the link and find out what needs to be done to make GLASS a trade friendly band.
Thanks for your note
Philadelphonic"
From btat.wagnerone.com:
G. Love & Special Sauce do allow taping but venues and security are often unaware of this. Their sound man is Chris D. and he
is very cool about taping. It is often difficult to get a hold of him for a SBD patch until right before the band comes on but he will certainly help tapers out.
