High Quality-- Video: 800x600, Xvid, 1500 kbps, GMC enabled Audio: MP3, 128kbps CBR, 44.1 khz (very clear video, but takes a lot of processing power to play full-screen without dropping frames. ~3.0 ghz Pentium)
Medium Quality-- Video: 640x480, Divx 5, 750 kbps, single B-frames Audio: MP3, 64kbps VBR, 22.05 khz
