On Feb. 3, 2007 Garage Deluxe gave their OK for archive.org:
"Live Music Archive admins,
Hi! I am writing on the behalf of Garage Deluxe. I actively archive live performances for Garage Deluxe and have personally spoken with the band members regarding uploading their shows to the LMA as a positive way of spreading their music to their fans and new recruits. All the members of the Garage Deluxe are in favor of having their live material on the archive for public download. I have directed the band to contact the LMA to be considered for addition; however, they have received no reply and I have been asked that I take up the matter of seeing this to fruition.
I understand that 'The Archive' receives many requests regarding band additions, however, I have much live material that has been approved by Garage Deluxe for upload. Garage Deluxe are solid musicians and their live performances would make a positive contribution to the LMA.
I appreciate your time and attention regarding this matter. Also I have Cc'd this email to John Montgomery, who is a band member and contacted you previously regarding addition to the LMA. Thank you and good day.
