Ivan ChewGood-night Not Good-bye (2009)

A musical mash-up from 3 separate sources. If you see 3 versions (or more), the tracks are essentially the same just with different compression/ normalisation settings (vocals in ver 1.2 sounds sharper while ver 1.3 vocals sound like some brightness has been lost. But ver 1.3 sounds more equalised overall).

I've also provided the vocal files (from a full mix to the individual vocal tracks). I'm sure some of you are better singers, so feel free to remix the track. For the guitar instrumental, please download from www.danosongs.com (see specific URL below).

Here's one interpretation of this song: A son and his father is grappling with the loss of their mother/ wife. She has just passed away (due to illness or old age, it's up to you to imagine). The son is making arrangements while the father appears to be more distraught and has left the house. The song is sung from the son's view point.
