In Sacramento, CA on Apr 12, Charlotte O'Neal, who is a poet, musician, community activist and former Black Panther, made a presentation about her experience living in Tanzania for 35 years. She & her husband founded the United African Alliance Community Center. Some of her friends helped with the music and poetry. She was originally from Kansas City.
