Greg FoxGreg Fox Paper Scores
Greg Fox - UK Composer born 10th of September 1974. This is the collected works under the Creative Commons License.
Most of my recent music is electro-acoustic but during the 90s I mainly worked on paper.
Most of these full scores are scans in JPEG format but steadily they will be typed up to 'Sibelius' and MIDI formats. The JPEG collection should be complete by summer 2006, starting with the earliest completed scores, circa 1990, and running right up to recent works from 2005/2006.
Sibelius/MIDI files will be added as they're created.
Please bear in mind that anything pre-1995 is really not "mature work". The most interesting scores are from 1995 to 1998 as many of these are unperformed. The largest pieces are the ensemble works "New Miracle Scenes", "Miss the Lift" and "Meritocracy", the 1995 Trio Sonata and the cantata "St Augustine's Stool". Many of the smaller solo pieces will be ported quickly to Sibelius/MIDI and should be performable by anyone with roughly a concert standard of performance.
Requests for new solo paper scores will always be honoured.

Rights: I would appreciate it if you could contact me if you wish to perform and/or study/write about these scores. There are parts for many of the larger pieces and I am particularly eager for the 1995 Trio Sonata to be performed and recorded. Any tape/DAT/CD recordings you make, please publish via The Internet Archive or share with me so that I can publish them on here.
Requests for new solo/ensemble pieces will always be honoured. Give as much/little detail as you like about what you want.

Notes
This is the collection I use to post paper scores. Many will be scanned and in either JPEG, GIF or PNG format. However as many as possible will also be ported to "Sibelius" (score-writing software) and also posted as General MIDI files for compatibility. Programme notes etc. will also be posted. Each score will be posted as a single ZIP-file.
"New Miracle Scenes" and "Remembering the Joke" need to be reduced from A3 before they can be added (which will happen this year) but the rest of the scores should appear quite quickly.
Recordings exist (and are available on The Internet Archive) for:
"Miss the Lift"
"Meritocracy"
"Bloody"
"Dark Blow"
"Fantasia Sinfonica"
"Organ Sonata"
"String Quartet (1994)"
"New Miracle Scenes" (score not yet scanned)
I will be making 'fake realisations' of certain scores as part of the process of converting them to electronic formats. These will doubtless diverge wildly from the original score, as obviously trying to get soundcards to behave like instrumental groups is doomed to hideous failure. I'll update the main page of this with details as scores are ported to 'Sibelius' and/OR general MIDI, and will also rename their zipfiles, so that instead of JPEG it'll say JPEG-SIB-MID.
If anyone else wants to port any of the scores to 'Sibelius' or any other score-writing software, please feel very free. You will most certainly deserve the right to be credited in the electronic version of the score.
