Hapunkt FixHapunkt Fix - Magic of Sampling (2002) (January 1, 2002)
Somewhere between audio art, music and radio play - this work was done by Hapunkt "Fliegenstrumpf" Fix in 2002. It incorporates sound collages and clips dating back to the early 1980s and was constantly worked on. This 2002 release version features 27 tracks. Speech samples are mostly in english and german - knowledge of the german language is not necessary, but helpful in understanding the structure of this 72 minute work. Hapunkt died in 2002 after a long battle with illness age 38.
