V/AV/A - Tracks In The Distance [ISC1401] ()

Tracks in the Distance is a collaborative project of three members of the Infinite Sector Collective: klao DNA, Mystified, and Rolling Calf Sinfonette. Each in their individual ways set out to create ambient and electronic tracks utilizing rhythmic and other idioms of eastern/exotic musical forms... listeners will notice that, though styles shift and sounds differ, a unifying element of exotic percussion is present in these 9 pieces.

One of the more accesible releases on Infinite Sector, this release sounds really nice, very laidback grooves and a high sound-quality. An instsnt classic in my book.
