Our second guest release from Mystified, "Puzzle Street" is a follow up to his previous release "Sidewalk Salad", and it's a natural one. Many of the same themes are continued in this release, the manipulation of real-world sounds and the simple, sometimes microscopic recording of sounds for their own sake. Subdued beats and basslines give some tracks a relaxed classic Mystified feeling. The ambience created by the use of field recordings gives the album an overall feeling of "being there" as events occuring around the act of making music had been harnessed for their own musical qualities.
