This is John Vanderslice solo, no band.
92YTribeca grand opening. Comedian Michael Showalter opened for JV, who was followed by a Lil Wayne dance party.
"Too Much Time", "Romanian Names", and "The Snow Leopard" are new songs written in 2008 which later ended up appearing on the Romanian Names album ("The Snow Leopard" was renamed "Tremble and Tear").
Recorded from the left side of the stage, facing center stage. There were some chatty audience members, especially during the first three songs. When people aren't talking, it's a nice, clean recording.
