Subject: What is the capital of Thailand?
Very educational comparision between DV, SD & HD video formats. As boring as this subject matter seems to most this film pulls it off in an entertaining manner by using some very bizzare subject matter in its comparision shots (ex.. a man swinging a sledge hammer at an abandoned house).
