Television!!
You get a cookie if you notice the goof.
But hey, it's Jack Benny, it's classic TV, the supermarket sketch is brilliant, and it's a five-star program.

Typically funny episode
This filmed episode was originally telecast on January 22, 1961, and is typical of how Jack got laughs by being in a "alien" environment he obviously had no business being in [in this case, a supermarket]. In his autobiography, "Sunday Nights At Seven" (with daughter Joan), he recalled that the routine involving the "free cake" was among the funniest he ever did...and still relished the memory of executing the gag over a decade after he performed it.

Don Wilson
Did you notice how Don lept back when Jack told him to get off his clean floor? Lighter on his feet than you might think!
